Chester Bedell American Inn of Court: Benjamin Crump; The Life and Legacy of Joseph E. Lee

Earlier this year, Ethan Tejedor presented The Life and Legacy of Joseph E. Lee to the Chester Bedell Inn of Court. Ethan’s lecture focused on the achievements and life story of Jacksonville’s First Black Attorney and First Municipal Judge, Judge Joseph E. Lee. Shortly after Ethan’s presentation, Attorney Benjamin Crump spoke to members of the Inn and gave his thoughts on the verdicts for Travis and Gregory McMichael, who were found guilty of murdering Ahmaud Arbery. Mr. Crump urged members of the Inn to use their positions and abilities to advance social justice and to mentor the future generations of legal professionals.
